With there being thousands of food choices in Phnom Penh and most being at the touch of a button, AHA Central have partnered with Parbury Investments, to bring a new cloud kitchen concept food court.
AHA Central is housed in TK Central which is a mixed-use development located in the heart of the Toul Kork district which houses an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops and banks.
Their tagline is “great food, great brands, great taste” and they provide a diversified offering with time honoured brands, popular street food and new culinary trends, along with an interactive dining experience through ordering on an app and on tablets in store.
They want their customers to discover different types of cuisines and food concepts within a convenient safe and smart dining environment.
Speaking to Pantapath, a Thailand national, founder and shareholder of Aha Central, who has been in Cambodia for 14 years told Khmer Times “We have been established for one year.”
The inspiration for the company came from when he was in hospital himself and realised that there were no convenient way of ordering food in Cambodia with good standard and service level both in hospitals and outside in restaurants.
“Aha Central strives to provide the highest quality food and beverage (F&B) services and food related solutions to ever-growing market in Cambodia.
“Our first branch and flagship is fully operated in TK Central in Toul Kork district. We already have many partners such as Home Steak, Pinto’s, Amazing Pho, etc and our next step is opening our food courts in branches of PTT gas stations in the Kingdom.”

CBRE are the sole agent and the property manager for TK Central and helped to find the operator and broker the deal between AHA and TK Central.
