Bilateral trade between Cambodia and Japan was recorded at $1,175 million in the first seven months of this year, inching down 5.7 percent compared to the same period last year.
Figures from Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) stated that from January to July, Cambodia’s shipment to Japan was valued at $914 million, sliding down 3 percent.
Figures from the Ministry of Commerce showed that the potential products for export from Cambodia to Japan are clothes, footwear and electronics.
Last year, the two-way trade between the two nations rose by 13 percent to $2,292 million. Chea Vannak – AKP
