Rebranded as the ACLEDA Mobile App, the Unity ToanChet mobile banking application service name is being retired.
Additionally, as of Jan 1, 2021, ACLEDA will drop its monthly service charge for app use and will provide free app transfers of funds between ACLEDA account holders.
ACLEDA Bank has been providing mobile banking service for four years and currently offers the only digital mobile wallet to customers in the financial sector, said Sok Sophea, senior vice president and head of marketing of ACLEDA Bank.
She added that the transformation will add convenience and security for all users [along with a new creative look and feel].
Sophea noted that the rebrand to the ACLEDA Mobile App name next year will help their mobile service align with the latest developments in [global] technology and [further] the banks [positioning] in the digital era.
“ACLEDA Bank has a strong technological infrastructure and [provides a] wide range of services [to our customers, both at our branches] and at more than 700 ATMs in 340 locations operating 24/7. [Additionally we are updating functions and extending a wider range of services on our mobile app, including features like QR code scanning], said Sophea.
She added, “We always listen to the customers, which is why ACLEDA Bank constantly strives to develop its products to suit customers who [prefer to] manage their [transactions] without having to come to the bank [in person],” she added.
