ACLEDA Bank is upgrading its ATMs to offer check deposit, currency exchange and cardless withdrawal and deposit facilities. The Cambodian lender has ordered 350 DN Series automatic teller machines from Diebold Nixdorf. ACLEDA will be the first bank in the country to offer the enhanced services.
The US company’s DN Vynamic software promises to offer seamless integration with ACLEDA’s self-service network without driving up costs. Its marketing software will give ACLEDA the ability to send targeted messages to customers 24/7.
“We chose to expand our self-service banking capabilities with technology leader Diebold Nixdorf because they offer an innovative and holistic solution,” said Sophea Sok, Senior Vice President & Head of Marketing at ACLEDA. “With the addition of DN Series, we are providing customers with the most modern ATM banking experience by offering multiple functionalities in a single terminal.”
ACLEDA Bank plans to add more DN Series terminals that provide account opening, card issuance, statement printing and interactive video teller capabilities, aiming to have at least one terminal in every branch.
“We are thrilled to expand our relationship with ACLEDA Bank to enhance their customers’ self-service banking journey,” Diebold Nixdorf’s Vice President of Banking for Eurasia APAC, Jaivinder Singh Gill said. “Our Vynamic software solutions will enable the bank to quickly and easily roll out new features and provide a more secure banking experience to customers.”
