Cambodia has exported more than 5 millon tonnes of agricultural products (excluding rice) in the first 11 months, according to Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF).
MAFF’s Minister Veng Sakhon said that from January to November this year, Cambodia has exported around 57 agricultural products (excluded rice) to 46 countries with a total of over 5 million tonnes.
Sakhon added: “In the first 11 months of the year, Cambodia exported around 1.31 tonnes of dry cassava, sesame 5,799 tonnes, fresh banana 300,173 tonnes, cashew nut 214,721 tonnes, corn 194,500 tonnes, mango 90,801 tonnes, chili 62,432 tonnes, pepper 4,982 tonnes, and rubber 290,700 tonnes.”
