The two-way trade between Cambodia and Thailand was valued at $5,073 million in the first eight months of this year, a 16 percent decrease compared to the same period last year.
From January to August, Cambodia exported $913 million worth of products to Thailand, a year-on-year decline of 40 percent, according to the figures from Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce.
Meanwhile, Cambodia spent $4,161 million to buy products from Thailand, down 8 percent.
Last year, the bilateral trade between the two neighbouring Kingdoms rose by 12.28 percent to $9,418 million. Of which, Cambodia exported $2,272 million, up 195 percent. Chea Vannak – AKP
