WeWatch has announced its latest partnership with CinemaWorld, offering movie aficionados and discerning movie fans the chance to stay home to catch the very best in international movie entertainment from award-winning films and directors.
This partnership between the two Singapore-based companies will now see WeWatch expanding is content offerings, and provide selected content to WeWatch’s subscribers in all of its three territories of Singapore, Indonesia and Cambodia.
To be launched on April 1st 2022, the latest offerings from CinemaWorld, will be available under WeWatch’s round-the-clock Movie VOD channel, which will feature movies around the world spanning from Europe to Middle East and even Singapore. This offering will see the VOD entertainment channel complementing WeWatch’s existing library of international news networks, other entertainment channels as well as its WeWatch console games.
The movies will offer commercial-free and uninterrupted viewing of award-winning films by internationally-acclaimed directors, producers and cast, which will see it covering a broad range of genres from thrillers, action flicks, horror films, comedies, romance and family-friendly movies. Viewers will also be assured of getting the freshest and most updated titles as there will be a constant rejuvenation to the offerings every month.
As part of its soft launch, from 15th March onwards, viewers can look immediately look forward to German blockbusters starring Mega-star Til Schweiger, such as Rabbit Without Ears; Rabbit Without Ears 2; Dutch thriller Instinct, starring Game Of Thrones’ Carice van Houten; Swedish thriller series DNA; Russian box office hit comedy 7 Wishes as well as a Ukrainian Co-production and FIPRESCI Prize Nominee Blind Dates. All movies will be in HD quality and aired in its original languages with either English or localised subtitles.
To give customers more flexibility and for a limited period, the movie offerings will be available on WeWatch Everywhere App so that subscribers will be able to view their favourite films at their own time.
